AgriSummit.tech

AgriSummit.tech is a conference that focuses on how digital and ICT solutions can be practically applied in agriculture in the Western Balkans, particularly in the fruit, vegetable, and wine growing sectors.
The conference provided a platform for producers, digital solution providers, business associations, cooperatives, experts, academics, and research and development organizations from Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, and Croatia to come together and share their knowledge and expertise. The conference aimed to foster networking and knowledge-sharing between farmers and tech solutions providers and to encourage the adoption of innovative technologies in the agriculture sector. By doing so, the conference sought to improve business processes and performance in the region’s agricultural industry.
The event had around 70 producers from Serbia and the region, who had the opportunity to connect with 20 digital solution providers and learn about the importance of applying new technologies in production to reduce the effects of climate change and achieve better results.

Day 1
Dynamic program

A dynamic first day of the conference included a series of 8 interactive thematic sessions, and presentations. Exceptional speakers shared their extensive knowledge and experience, presenting the current state of digital agriculture. Implementation and development of various digital solutions was also discussed, highlighting the benefits of their application and the potential for extended use.

Day 1
Mini fair

The particular focus was put on the Mini Fair which enabled participants to get a more in depth insight into particularities of various agsmart / agtech solution, as well as to meet and connect with providers of various digital solutions.

Day 2
Field trip

Putting theory and discussions aside, the second day filed trip provided a hands-on approach to showcasing practical agritech smart solutions. By visiting the Berry Log farm, attendees had an opportunity to see a demonstration of SmartWatering technology, and a presentation of a versatile robotic vehicle platform AgAR.
